Choices Resource Center

Our primary service at Choices Resource Center is the offering of FREE pregnancy tests. We use laboratory quality urine pregnancy tests to determine results. Getting tested is easy! We can see you by appointment or you may walk in for this service.  Many people ask how soon they can be tested for pregnancy. Tests can show a positive result as early as ten days following intercourse. We recommend coming to the center with a full bladder, and the earlier in the day you can come, the better.

Those who receives a positive test will also receive an offer for a free ultrasound. Our nurse manager Cynthia will go over information for early pregnancy in addition to a list of precautions for new mothers.
